The tallest office building in Canada is equipped by TK Elevator. TK Elevator Company is proud to develop part of the already completed 81 Bay Street building facility as well as install an elevator in the 141 Bay Street tower under construction.
CIBC SQUARE is a two-tower, three-million-square-foot building in Toronto, Canada. 81 Bay Street is a 49-story office tower opening in 2022. The development includes a first-of-its-kind elevated public park and pedestrian bridge that brings visitors closer to Scotiabank Stadium.
TK Elevator Company is to supply 10 escalators and 49 elevators, including 32 conventional gearless passenger elevators, four high-capacity passenger elevators, four service elevators, and 9 systems for easy access to train stations and shopping malls.

Meanwhile, construction continues on the 141 Bay Street Tower, the tallest office building in Canada. This building has 50 floors and TK Elevator company will install the elevator and escalator system of this tower.
This contract includes the installation of 44 systems, which include 36 conventional passenger gearless elevators, four high-capacity gearless passenger elevators, and four service elevators.
The developers of the project decided to use AGILE software to reduce the number of elevator stops and increase the travel speed of passengers to different floors. CIBC SQUARE, which includes the tallest office building in Canada, is known as the new location for CIBC, WPP, Microsoft, AGF, Boston Consulting Group, and others.
TK Elevator will implement all its transportation systems in accordance with high global standards in these towers.
