This project, which is expected to last about 3 and a half years, includes the following:
Installation of two new elevators at the north end of the garage
Adding a new canopy along the east side of the parking lot
Installation of new CCTV cameras
Installation of new emergency call buttons
Modernization of four existing elevators in the central lobby
Installation of 10 car charging stations
Major repairs and complete renovation of Dadland metro station parking lot
This project is part of the five-year urban development plan for 2028-2024. The reasons for this renovation are the increase in the number of passengers at the metro station, creating congestion and increasing the waiting time for the elevator.
