Development and increase of production capacity of Otis factory in India

Otis India is a subsidiary of Otis Worldwide Corporation. The company has increased the production capacity of the Otis plant in India and the capabilities of the Bengaluru manufacturing facility. This expansion will provide additional capacity to meet the growing residential, commercial and infrastructure demand for elevators and escalators in India. Capacity expansion of Otis manufacturing facility in Bengaluru

Otis India’s Bengaluru facility was established in 1996 and is Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Gold certified. A previous expansion took place in 2012 that doubled the plant’s capacity, and the expansion and expansion of the Otis plant in India will increase the overall capacity by about 20 percent.
