Installation and service of LUMIÈRE Evergreen tower elevator by Otis Vietnam

Otis Vietnam announced on July 8 that it has been awarded a contract to install and service LUMIÈRE Tower’s four SkyRise elevators and 24 AriseTM elevators for LUMIÈRE Evergreen Tower, a 40-story luxury apartment tower developed by Masterise Homes in Hanoi.

Installation will be completed in October 2025 and Otis Vietnam will service and maintain the elevators until June 2028. Otis’ most advanced lift system, SkyRise features industry-leading technology and a special space-saving design.

Its controller uses an adaptive program to adjust the speed of the elevator, thus saving energy. In addition to maximizing energy efficiency, Arise features Otis’ patented ReGenTM ​​drive, which recycles energy for use in other building systems.

The elevator installation and service of LUMIÈRE Evergreen Tower, located in the center of the western city of Hanoi, is the third elevator project that Otis Vietnam has done for Masterise Homes in Hanoi in the past few years.
