KONE, a world leader in the elevator and escalator industry, will provide 31 elevators and three escalators for the office tower elevator and escalator in London. British Land designed and built the 2 Finsbury Avenue tower, also known as 2FA.
This project includes the East Tower with 36 floors and the West Tower with 21 floors. This project sets a new benchmark for highly sustainable workspace in central London with a 5 star rating. The project is expected to be completed in 2027.

The order includes 19 KONE MiniSpace elevators and 12 KONE MonoSpace 700 elevators, which KONE designed to optimize usable space in the building and minimize waiting time. KONE will also deliver three energy-efficient KONE TravelMaster 110 escalators.
This equipment will be installed for the elevator and escalator of the office tower in London to provide an unparalleled user experience and productivity.
