Installation of an elevator system for a mixed-use building by Noble Elevator
Thomas Dutton, vice president of Noble Elevator, announced that the company has installed an elevator system for the mixed-use building at 139 Bowery. This 14-story building is located in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. The elevator system consists of three elevators that are a combination of Delaware Elevator Company products and components, Torin machines and Motion Control Engineering Motion 4000 controllers.
In June, New York YIMBY reported that Raymond Chan Architects designed and managed construction on 139 Bowery. Hung Kwong Leung developed this design. The building is located at Broome and Grand streets, across from the historic Bowery Savings Bank building.
Installing an elevator system for a mixed-use building in this project shows Noble Elevator’s commitment to providing quality services in modern and complex constructions.
