Over the past few days, residents of the Harrisburg apartment complex have announced that the Linden Terrance building’s elevator malfunction has caused them a lot of problems. The managers of this building said that in the next few days they will fix the damage and repair the elevator.
But on Monday, residents reported that officials have yet to fix the broken elevator. In addition, another elevator in the building is broken. This news was sad for all the residents of this building in the Harrisburg complex. Because using the stairs is very difficult for all people, especially elderly and disabled residents.
The manager of the apartment complex says: “We have started repairing the elevators and we expect both elevators to be operational again as soon as possible.” Residents say that currently, the officials have repaired one of the elevators and that elevator can be used, but they believe that none of the elevators have the necessary safety and security.
A person with a disability says: “I am afraid to use the elevator; “Because the elevator system is old, there is a possibility of falling or getting stuck in it at any moment.” The Linden Terrance building’s elevator breakdown has caused a lot of concern for residents, and it is hoped that the problem will be resolved soon.
