Completing the acquisition of Otis Taiwan from Jardine Schindler
Otis Taiwan is a subsidiary of Otis Worldwide Corporation, which recently announced; Otis Taiwan has completed its acquisition of Jardine Schindler in Taiwan from the Jardine Schindler Group.
Hemant Jolly, vice president of Otis Asia Pacific, said: “This acquisition marks an important milestone in Otis’ commitment to the region, its customers, colleagues and other stakeholders; And it further strengthens our presence in Taiwan.
