Fujitec’s Big Step factory in Hyogo Prefecture won the 13th GOOD FACTORY 2025 Factory Management Award and became a global model in the industry.
Fujitec Receives GOOD FACTORY 2025 Factory Management Award
Fujitec CEO Masayoshi Harada announced that Big Step’s escalator development and production base in Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture, has won the 13th GOOD FACTORY 2025 Factory Management Award. According to the company’s executives, this is the first GOOD FACTORY Factory Management Award ever given to Fujitec. In addition, Big Step became the first factory located in Hyogo Prefecture to win the award.
GOOD FACTORY Factory Management Awards are given to factories that have built strong ties with local communities and employees, achieved comprehensive improvement and promotion throughout the factory, and also become a global model of excellence for other companies.
