Elevator installation in new Bronx building by Lift Elevator Company
Mount Vernon, New York-based Lift Elevator has announced the installation of elevators in a new Bronx building. The company said it has delivered a pair of Hollister-Whitney gearless traction elevators to 790 Allerton Avenue, a new seven-story residential building in the Bronx, New York.

An affordable housing lottery was launched in January for the property, designed by Michael S. Mazzella and developed by Louis Vele of 790 Allerton LLC, with 43 residences, according to Cabin News, citing New York YIMBY.
The building’s amenities include a rooftop garden, garage, gym, in-unit washer and dryer, energy-efficient appliances, intercom, high-speed internet and air conditioning.
