Installing an elevator in a new residential building in Manhattan

According to the announcement of Otis Company to the ELEVATOR WORLD news agency, the installation of the elevator in the new Manhattan residential building is to be done by Otis Elevator Company.

The company is to install and operate three elevators for the 13-story Rockwell building in Manhattan. This building has a lot of equipment and facilities. The equipment of this building includes two Gen3 Peak elevators with internal connectivity to Otis ONETM digital Internet of Things platform.

The mentioned building is also equipped with a hydraulic elevator without a motor room. According to New York YIMBY, an elevator has been installed at a new Manhattan apartment building and construction has finished.

The architecture and construction of this building was done by Hill West. Building amenities include a 24-hour lobby, private landscaped terrace, fitness center, pool and hot tub, and pet therapy center.
